In this clip, the DPX hear what sounds like an unexplained female audibly humming a song in the carriage house behind The Whitney. No one in the building was humming.
Oh Boy - The Whitney

As the investigation begins, an unexplained whispery voice says what sounds like "Oh boy."
I Know - The Whitney

An unexplained voice seems to say, "I know." This was captured by a static voice recorder in a room where no one was present at the time.
